On the meeting of Ambassador of Belarus in Hungary H.E. Mr. Aliaksandr Khainouski with State Secretary of MFA of Hungary Dr.István Mikola

On August 4, 2014, Ambassador of Belarus in Hungary Mr. Aliaksandr Khainouski had a meeting with Dr.István Mikola, State Secretary of MFA of Hungary, who supervises international security issues and cooperation with international organizations.

The interlocutors exchanged information on the position of their countries towards actual regional security issues, discussed bilateral interaction within international organizations, agreed to reinforce contacts on the matter of mutual support of national candidatures in international organizations.

They emphasized the necessity to pursue regular consultations between foreign ministries of both countries on a broad spectrum of issues of mutual interest.

Ambassador Khainouski presented priorities of Belarus in Eastern Partnership aimed to create effective mechanism of cooperation with EU for partner countries. 

Special attention was given to the strengthening of trade and economic cooperation between two countries, realization of joint investment projects, especially in the context of EuroAsian integration processes.
