On the 4th meeting of the Belarusian-Slovenian Intergovernmental Commission for Economic Cooperation

On October 20-21, 2014, the 4^th Belarusian-Slovenian  Intergovernmental Commission for Economic Cooperation took place in Ljubljana.

Belarusian delegation was headed by the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus Ms. Alena Kupchyna, Slovenian side was led by the Director-General for Economic Diplomacy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Slovenia Dr Stanislav Raščan.

Belarusian delegation consisted of representatives of the ministries of Foreign Affairs, Agriculture, National Investment and Privatization Agency, Minsk office of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, free trade zone “Gomel-Raton”, “Belenergo”, “Minskenergo”, “Mogilevkhimvolokno” and some others.

Alongside the meeting of the Intergovernmental Commission, a number of talks took place at MFA of Slovenia, other ministries and private companies, who were interested in cooperation with Belarus. On the margins of the Intergovernmental Commission the Joint Business Forum and B2B meetings was held.
