Visit of the President of the Republiс of Srpska of Bosnia and Herzegovina

On February 17-19, 2024, a delegation of the Republicс of Srpska of Bosnia and Herzegovina headed by President Milorad Dodik visited the Republic of Belarus.
A number of important negotiations were held within the framework of the eventful program of the visit. In particular, meetings were held with President of the Republic of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko, Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus Roman Golovchenko, Minister of Foreign Affairs Sergei Aleinik, Chairman of the Presidium of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus Vladimir Gusakov, Minister of Health Aliaksandr Khajayeu, Minister of Education Andrei Ivanets, First Deputy Minister of Industry Alexander Ogorodnikov, as well as with the Head of the Belarusian Orthodox Church Veniamin and Priest Fyodor Povny.

The visit focused on the development of bilateral trade relations, increasing cooperation in the fields of industry, healthcare, science and education, and expanding the bilateral legal framework. The parties signed a Memorandum on cooperation in the field of healthcare, as well as agreements on cooperation in other areas.
