On the meeting of the Ambassador with the Director of the Institute and Museum of Military History of the Ministry of Defense of Hungary

           On June 23, 2020, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to Hungary Alexander Ponomarev met with the Director of the Institute and Museum of Military History of the Ministry of Defense of Hungary, Colonel Vilmos Kovacs.

In the framework of the meeting, the parties discussed the prospects of cooperation along the archival line, including the possibility of its institutionalization. Agreed to continue cooperation on the issue of perpetuating the memory of Soviet military personnel buried in Hungary and Hungarian soldiers who found its eternal rest in Belarus.
