Graduated from Minsk State Linguistic University in 1980.

1985 – 1988 – technical expert, United Republic of Tanzania.

1988 – 1990 – expert in marketing and advertising, “Amkodor” foreign trade company, road-building & construction machinery research and industrial group “Dormash”.

1990 – 1992 – senior officer, Protocol Unit, Chief of Protocol, State Committee for Foreign Economic Relations of the Republic of Belarus.

1992 – 1994 – Deputy Director, Department for Regulation of Foreign Economic Relations, Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations of the Republic of Belarus.

1994 – 1997 – first secretary, counsellor, Embassy of the Republic of Belarus to Belgium/Mission of Belarus to EC.

1998 – 2000 – Head of OSCE Unit – deputy Director of Department for Regional Cooperation, Director of Department for International Economic Cooperation, Director of Department of Europe, Ministry for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus.

2000 – 2004 – Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Republic of Hungary.

2004 – Oct.2006 – Ambassador at Large, Ministry for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus.
2006 – 2011  – Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus

2011 — present — Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Kingdom of Belgium/Permanent Representative to EU and to NATO.
