Belarusian business delegations visit Hungary

On 27-31 March 2023, delegations of Belarusian companies operating in the fields of construction, design, engineering and architecture visited Hungary. The visits were organised by the Gomel, Minsk Branches of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Institute of Housing in cooperation with the Hungarian business partners and assisted by the Embassy of Belarus in Hungary.

The representatives of the Belarusian companies visited CONSTRUMA 2023, the largest international construction exhibition in Hungary. The official opening ceremony on 29 March 2023 was attended by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus in Hungary Uladzimir Ulakhovich.

As part of the visit, business meetings on the bilateral cooperation issues in the construction and related fields were organised for the delegations at the Embassy of Belarus in Budapest with the participation of representatives of chambers of commerce and business circles of Hungary.

The intensive business programme has allowed the Belarusian enterprises to get acquainted with development trends in the construction sector of Hungary, framework conditions in the Hungarian market, as well as to establish a number of promising business contacts with foreign partners and reach substantive agreements on the implementation of further cooperation.
